Reach N Bridge operates strictly as an intermediary/matchmaking platform that connects customers (“Users”) with independent third-party service providers (“Providers”) offering travel, accommodation, transportation, Umrah/Hajj assistance, and custom experience services (e.g., the Hijrah Ride) in Saudi Arabia.
Non-Direct Provider Disclaimer: Reach N Bridge does not directly provide travel bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, or pilgrimage services. The specific services requested are fulfilled directly by the connected third-party Providers.
Role: Our responsibility is limited to reviewing your request and facilitating the initial connection between you and relevant Providers.
When submitting a request or consultation form on Reach N Bridge:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and travel information (including full name, phone number, email, and travel requirements).
You understand that submitting a request does not guarantee availability, pricing, or immediate confirmation of services.
You are responsible for verifying all deal terms, service inclusions, credentials, and legal requirements directly with the connected Provider before making any payments or commitments.
Direct Agreements: Any service contract, booking, transaction, or financial agreement is formed exclusively between you (the User) and the third-party Provider.
Financial Responsibility: Reach N Bridge is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a Provider, nor do we handle direct service delivery unless explicitly stated. Reach N Bridge accepts no liability for payment disputes, cancellations, or service failures arising from your agreement with a Provider.
Users booking pilgrimage assistance or specialized tours (such as the Makkah to Madinah Hijrah Ride) must independently ensure compliance with official Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah guidelines, visa requirements, health regulations, and entry permits.
Reach N Bridge is not responsible for visa rejections, government-mandated itinerary modifications, or travel delays beyond our direct control.
All original website content, branding, logos, text, and media displayed on the Reach N Bridge platform belong exclusively to Reach N Bridge or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Reach N Bridge, its directors (including Zain Al-Asad), employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your interactions with third-party Providers.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of services offered by connected third-party Providers.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
